If....

is the latest word up at OLW's challenge blog. I've been thinking of this quote I came up with a while ago as an idea for a stamp ( which obviously didn't make it into the catalogue !!!lol ) , just wondering what to do with it & then I saw the word up on the blog & I thought it would be perfect for the challenge!!So ...here it is!!! I really enjoyed playing with this idea!! ( I know, I always enjoy playing around in Photoshop...sometimes I just enjoy getting "lost" in it a little more than usual!! )

Here's another one I loved creating!! It's the only photo of the four of us & it was taken not long before Grandma died , so it's kinda special!! The background pp in it is a variation of one that will be avaliable ( I think ) as part of a small digi paper pack at SIS soon!

I couldn't resist using this photo in a layout! ( A nice change from people!!) .

It was my 40th birthday yesterday ....( thanks everyone who wished me a happy one!!! It was so cool to hear Lusi's munchkins singing 'Happy Birthday " on our answering machine!!!  And poor Brigitte even called despite the fact that she could hardly talk with her sore throat!! So sweet, you guys!!!  )
Anyway...I'd better go...it's DS 11's  11th birthday today & he's requested Party Pies for dinner so I should get them into the oven!!!

Another tutorial...

...this one is for those who are a bit familiar with Photoshop.If you know about Layers you should be fine!
I was playing around with some new PP designs & thought of highlighting sections in the PP with another PP!!...so .....have a go & let me know what you think!! ( let me know if it's too confusing to follow & I'll try to do another version.
 

I'd love to see what you come up with so if you're game enough to give it a go ,send me a link to your lo!
(You can have heaps of fun with this...making the most out of your digi papers & adjusting them to suit your photo or layout as you please!!)

Lots has been happening since my last post...mostly the mundane day-to-day stuff that keeps me on my toes! We had our Birthday Party.....had a fantastic time!!! Everyone kept commenting on what a great party it was & it made me realise that we have great friends & that's what made it a great party!! It was so lovely to catch up with everyone!! Of course it took me a week to recover...I can't do late nights like I used to !!!
Oh, before I forget...pop over to Scrapbooks,Paper & Things & check out my new Digi Kits!! There are some Freebies up ,too!!!!
